New User HOWTO

This document tree is aimed at a new user, and avoids as much detail as possible.  The first component, :doc:`Introduction to Use of ehratmwf.py <IntroEhratmwf>`, tries to leave out as much detail as possible, going under the assumption that some kind soul has already set up the environment variables, Conda environment, files with default values, etc, and even symbolic links to relevant utilities.  With this approach, the new user can readily jump in and begin to understand this system.

The second component, :doc:`Environment Setup <EnvSetup>` provides the details that "some kind soul" might have followed to initially set up an environment for the new user.
