WPS/WRF Install Technical Notes

Overview
========

This section addresses some of the underlying details of the WPS/WRF installation component.  It is assumed to be of interest to developers and those installing this particular system.

We start with a discussion of some of the necessary preliminaries, such as acquistion of the large *geog* dataset needed by WPS, followed with a description of the actual install program, and ending with thoughts on how to use what's in here to create a new installation program for another WPS/WRF distribution, whether it be a standard one acquired from NCAR, or an experimental version needed to test out some ideas.  In this way, one can install - in a standardized, repeatable way -  a large number of production and test WPS/WRF distributions.
